Dr. Timothy Tardiff’s article, “Economic Evaluation of the Factual Basis for the FCC’s Open Internet Order,” was published in the Criterion Journal on Innovation (Volume 1, 2016, pp. 479-495).  This article uses consistent measures of broadband availability and competitive trends recently developed by AACG to evaluate the FCC’s economic rationale for its 2015 Open Internet Order.
