Mark Sunshine has nearly 40 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and business development. He has consulted on matters involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securitizations, bankruptcy creditor disputes, and capital markets transactions, and has provided deposition testimony and expert reports in numerous related securities and contract litigation matters.

Before founding Sunshine Capital, Mr. Sunshine held a series of executive-level roles, including chief financial officer (CFO) of Oppenheimer & Co.’s Municipal Partners Fund; chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Veritas Financial Partners; and president and CEO of Siemens First Capital Commercial Finance, a joint venture of Siemens Financial Services and First Capital specializing in commercial lending.
