On March 4, 2019, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia reinstated regulations requiring employers to provide new and more expansive data on salaries and hours worked for its workforce. However the type of data to be collected and the statistical tests the EEOC proposes to conduct on company level data may result in several issues for employers.
