Dr. Daniel S. Levy discussed the critical issue of how statistical evidence can be used in labor cases and its major impact on not only how cases are tried but which cases have the characteristics that make them practical to bring to trial.   Dr. Levy discussed the evolving standards of statistical evidence with a focus on certain high profile cases (i.e. Tyson, Duran) and other 6th Circuit Rulings and how they interact.
